Wonky but lucky rabbit foot bag charm. High quality clip and stainless-steel ball-chain with numbered dog-tag attached. No one has the same as you. 

Use as a keychain or bag charm. 

Locally sourced materials. Sewn in Brunswick, Australia. Individually numbered tag, bashed and loved by hand. 

Various - Rabbit, Sheepskin, Vegan. Vegan option uses deadstock non-animal fabrics, mostly polyester. Email sales@clubvenus.com.au if you would like to discuss options. 

Please note, if you purchase an animal fur option this means every keychain will differ slightly, due to the nature of organic hide. Swatches are an approximation. First image is 'mottled rabbit'.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Do not wash, spot clean.

Shipping

Please note: our shipping timeframes should be used as guidelines only. 

Products will be shipped within 48 hours when ordered Monday to Friday. These timeframes cannot be applied to weekends or public holidays. During periods of new releases or sales these timeframes may be extended. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise chosen at checkout. All orders are sent with tracking. Club Venus is not responsible for any international customs/duties, lost or damaged parcels.

Returns and Exchanges:

Club Venus will happily authorise a store credit/exchange for any full priced product purchased from our online store within 7 days of the original delivery date. Store credit must be used within 12 months. You will receive your store credit once we have received and approved the product return in its original condition.

All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached.

If you would like to return a product, email sales@clubvenus.com.au with your order number in the subject line for further instructions. Store credit may be offered past the 7 day timeframe on a case-by-case basis only. The cost of sending back the product is at the customers expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be issued on faulty items or in other circumstances at the discretion of Club Venus.

If your product has arrived faulty, please send through evidence to the following email as soon as possible sales@clubvenus.com.au. You will then be offered a refund or store credit for the full purchase price. Faulty goods can also be returned to us for repair, if possible.
