Shipping and Returns
Please Note: Our shipping timeframes should be used as guidelines only.
Products will be shipped within 48 hours when ordered Monday-Friday. These timeframes cannot be applied to weekends. Orders cannot be posted on public holidays.
We ship all our parcels via Australia Post Express Shipping, which can be expected the next business day in the express post delivery network (metro areas). We offer this option at a $10 flat rate. Please note due to the current COVID-19 pandemic postage timeframes may be extended.
Domestic orders will receive free express shipping over $150.
We also ship to New Zealand, the continental United States and Canada.
We ship all parcels bound for New Zealand, the USA and Canada using Australia post. All pricing on the website is in AUD.
New Zealand: Standard shipping can be expected in 6+ business days. This option is a flat rate of $15. Express shipping can be expected in 4+ business days and is a flat rate of $30.
USA and Canada: Standard shipping can be expected in 10+ business days. This option is a flat rate of $28. Express shipping can be expected in 6+ business days. This option is a flat rate of $48.

We cannot accept responsibility for missing items once shipped. Every order is given a tracking number. If your package if missing, please contact the post provider on your tracking email.
Returns and Exchanges:
Club Venus will happily authorise a store credit for any full priced product purchased from our online store within 14 days of the products original delivery date. Unfortunately, for change of mind, wrong size or unwanted goods a refund cannot be issued. If your item is faulty, see below. All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached.
If you would like to return a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. After the 14-day period, no store credit can be offered.
The cost of sending back the product is at the customers expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive your store credit once we have received and approved the product in its original condition.
We want to guarantee your satisfaction with any order placed with us. If your product has arrived faulty, please send through evidence to the following email immediately. email@example.com. Once proven faulty, you will be issued either a full refund or store credit.
