Hair scrunchie made from offcut, deadstock material otherwise due for landfill, finished with lingerie style strapping and hardware.

Sewn in Brunswick, Australia by hand.

SIZING: Available in two sizes, medium and large. Both are oversized. 

Each piece is unique.

Shipping

Please note: our shipping timeframes should be used as guidelines only. 

Products will be shipped within 48 hours when ordered Monday to Friday. These timeframes cannot be applied to weekends or public holidays. During periods of new releases or sales these timeframes may be extended. All parcels are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise discussed. All orders are sent with tracking. Club Venus is not responsible for any international customs/duties, lost or damaged parcels.

Returns and Exchanges:

Club Venus will happily authorise a store credit/exchange for any full priced product purchased from our online store within 7 days of the original delivery date. Store credit must be used within 12 months. A refund for change of mind, wrong size or unwanted goods may be issued on a case-by-case basis. You will receive your store credit once we have received and approved the product return in its original condition.

All returned products must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached.

If you would like to return a product, email info@clubvenus.com.au with your order number in the subject line for further instructions. Store credit or a return may be offered past the 7 day timeframe on a case-by-case basis only. The cost of sending back the product is at the customers expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your product has arrived faulty, please send through evidence to the following email as soon as possible info@clubvenus.com.au. You will then be offered a refund or store credit for the full purchase price. Faulty goods can also be returned to us for repair.
